- 1 lb. Sungold or other golden cherry tomatoes
- 4 c diced and seeded watermelon cubes
- 1/2 lb. watercress
- 1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl, toss lightly to mix. Salt to taste. Serve immediately.
