Goat at Simple Food
The goats at Simple Food don’t eat anything but the best.

In the animal world, there are few whose omnivorous habits are more caricaturized than the goat. Tin can, anyone? However, the goats at Simple Food don’t eat anything but the best.

Angela Rothweiler raises free-range goats on her ranch near Baldwin, Kansas. “All of our goats are named. We hand-milk our goats twice a day. Their foraging diet is supplemented with all organic grains. No hormones. No antibiotics. No pesticides. No corn, wheat, or soy.”

From the milk of these gently raised animals, Rothweiler produces small batch soaps, yogurts, cheeses, and kefir. All can be sampled on a scheduled farm visit. You can even feed the goats.
