Lauren Salvini

Lauren Salvini is an aspiring writer, critic, stylist, chef, chocolatier, edible gardener and food lover. A Lawrence, KS native and KU graduate in Anthropology, she is currently enrolled in the JCCC culinary program. Lauren recently moved to KC to start her new career and is as excited to be a part of Edible KC as she is about farm-fresh eggs!
